Crafting and shipping timelines

At Ezytagz & Charmz, every personalised item is made with care. For your bespoke tags and charms, please allow 5-7 days for delivery. For our pre-made items, depending on the postal service selected at checkout, your order could be with you in as little as 48 hours. We always aim for efficiency without compromising on quality.

Our delivery area & costs

Currently, Ezytagz & Charmz proudly delivers within the UK only. Our delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. For bulk orders, we strive to ship all items together in one parcel to reduce overall costs for you, often offering a discount on shipping.

Tracking your treasured order

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
