Once someone has placed an order, what do they usually want to know about getting their tag or charm delivered, or what happens if they need to return or exchange it?
After ordering, customers often enquire about delivery times and our returns policy. Items are usually dispatched and with you within 5 to 7 days once the order is received. We also offer a 7-day returns policy on non customised orders; however, postage costs for returns are not included.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on customised products due to their personalised nature but please do email us if you are dissatisfied with your order in anyway [sales@ezytagz.co.uk]
